Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions:
If you believe a donation was made by mistake, charged incorrectly, or processed twice, you may request a review within 7 days of the transaction.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical error during the transaction

• Incorrect amount charged due to a system issue
